Join us for this one and a half hour workshop with 2012 Canadian National Barista Champion Jeremy Ho from Monogram Coffee, and take your latte art to the next level.

Aimed at seasoned home baristas and competent coffee professionals, this class is part-knowledge, part-interactive. You'll get hands-on experience learning:

  • Effective use of space in the cup
  • How to maximise contrast
  • Symmetry
  • Pouring triple-rosettas, swans, or side-by-side tulips

You'll also learn the theories behind:

  • How to steam soy or nut milk
  • The impact of the cow's diet, and the fat content of milk
