This workshop is designed for the home barista or eager coffee professional who wants to produce consistent and delicious latte art. In this one hour hands-on class, you'll learn the fundamentals of steaming and pouring milk for optimal look and taste. You'll leave with the skills to:

  • Steam silky micro-foam milk
  • Heat milk to a consistent temperature
  • Pour a heart or tulip

 Not only can improving your latte art make your espresso-based drinks look more professional - but steaming milk to the optimal temperature also brings out its natural sweetness, enhancing your coffee and taking flavour to the next level.
