You're proficient behind the bar, and can pull a pretty decent shot of espresso. But how do you get to the next level?

Join us for this one and a half hour workshop with 2012 Canadian National Barista Champion Jeremy Ho from Monogram Coffee, and take your barista skills further.

Aimed at seasoned home baristas and competent coffee professionals, this class is part-knowledge, part-interactive. You'll get hands-on experience learning:

  • Advanced dosing and tamping techniques
  • TDS Metering
  • Machine maintenance

You'll also learn the theories behind:

  • Water chemistry and treatment
  • Efficient bar workflow

Participants who think they'd like to go back to basics are encouraged to register for Barista Skills Workshop: Level One, which is immediately before this workshop.
